Exchange Period
Product exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to request an exchange?
To request an exchange, you must send an email to ventas@dskincare.cl indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Valid reasons for exchange or return
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- Defective packaging: When atomizers or dispensers arrive in poor condition. In this case, we will ask for photographic evidence or for you to bring the product to our office for review and replacement.
- Order error: If you received a different product than the one you ordered, you can request an exchange by contacting us via email.
